Back from some deserved vacations, half of them spent on the magnificent Paredes de Coura festival (small review coming one of these days). Spent the rest of the time listening to some awesome music: new albums (get them ALL) by\u00a0Fruit Bats<\/strong>, You Can’t Win, Charlie Brown<\/strong>,\u00a0The War on Drugs<\/strong>\u00a0and Ganglians<\/strong> have been on repeat, along with the two forthcoming Cakes and Tapes<\/strong> releases: Lizard Kisses<\/strong>’ “Tiny Island Teeth” and Blessed Feathers<\/strong>’ “From the Mouths of the Middle Class”, out Sept. 6 & 20, respectively.
