The music on his debut EP,\u00a0<em>Saltwater,\u00a0<\/em>reminds me of another Montr\u00e9al-based notorious songwriter, Patrick Watson. I&rsquo;ll let you decide if that&rsquo;s something worth acheving, but let&rsquo;s say it is.\u00a0<em>Saltwater,<\/em>\u00a0through its luxurious instrumentation and arrangementscomplemented by Cebuliak&rsquo;s clear, nice-sounding voice\u00a0channels images of late winter nights spent in expensive caf\u00e9s downtown we all wish we could afford.
