Will Stratton’s second album for Bella Union, “The Changing Wilderness”, is our album of the week. Pastoral folk for troubled times, Stratton’s seventh LP is yet another gem to be explored by fans of fingerpicking songwriters.
After some low-key weeks there were plenty of great new albums being released in the last couple of weeks. Joanna Newsom could be the highlight here, but she openly dislikes Spotify, so the Canadian cowboy Corb Lund takes the crown this week.
