We have been waiting for this one for months. After some delays, Protomartyr’s fifth album is finally out now. Our favorite contemporary post-punk band is back and it brings a bunch of guitar-heavy tracks along. Because it’s the summer and that’s how we roll when it’s warm outside. This week, on our 15-song playlist, we’ll focus on the new John Grant record, which is probably his best album to date. There are two songs off the new Saintseneca album, a band that is an old favorite of Bolachas. We hope this is their real breakthrough.
